Methods of Payment:
1) Make checks payable to “Xtraventure Training and Events Limited” and mailed together with the entry form to G.P.O. Box 7558, Central, Hong Kong.
2) Make bank transfer to Hang Seng Bank A/C No: 227-397692-883. Send the receipt with the entry form back to “Xtraventure Training and Events Limited” either by:
a. Mail to G.P.O. Box 7558, Central, Hong Kong;
b. Fax to 3483 7076; or
c. Email to info@xtraventure.com

To register a race / event:
1. Download the registration form for each race / event.
2. Fill in the form.
3. Make a check or bank-in the registration fee.
4. Send back the form with check or bank-in slip either by post, fax or email.

Upon receipt of the registration form and registration fee, Xtraventure will e-mail a confirmation letter to team captain within 1 week. Call our office at 2676 9678 / 9318 5822 if you do not receive any response from us after that date. Once a registration is accepted, no refund will be made to teams.
